Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that the jacuzzi and steam room are currently O ut of Order. We are experiencing some issues with the jacuzzi’s chemical balance, which may be related to a pump malfunction. Our team is working diligently to resolve this and restore normal operation as soon as possible.
Regarding the steam room, we are facing difficulties with the canister filling and steam production.
We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
