1.Gym sessions will be by booking only. This enables us to contact trace all visits. They will be booked through IG. Sessions will be 1hour and will have a 15minute gap between so the team can clean contact points before the next session.
2.The pool will follow the same 1hour booked sessions but with 30 minute gaps.
3.Timings are strict and the next session will only be allowed into the Club once the previous Members have left.
4.Please only arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your session. If you are late for your session you will not be allowed entry.
5.Temperature Checks – The Reception team will be performing temperature checks as you arrive. If your temperature is deemed high you will be refused entry and be advised to self-isolate and book a Covid-19 test.
6.Distanced Queueing – When queueing for your session there will be clear markings where you should stand so you can maintain safe distances.
7.Limited Numbers – Gym sessions will be restricted to 25 people, this is in line with UKActive’s guidance.
8 .Pool sessions will be limited to 10 people in line with Swim England’s guidance.
9.Enhanced Equipment Cleaning – please spray and wipe down all equipment BEFORE and AFTER use.
10.Reduced Equipment Available – we have switched off every other piece of cardio equipment so we can keep you safe while you use the gym. This enables better social distancing.
11.One Way System – There will be a one-way system to enter and exit the gym. You will enter the gym from the reception end and exit from the Studio 1 end of the gym. Once you have left the gym you should make your way down the wooden stairs and back out through reception.
12.Pool Side – Until further notice the Sauna, Steam Room and Ice Shower will remain closed. Again this comes from guidance from our governing bodies. To avoid further contact all seating will be removed from the pool side.
13.Fitness Classes – We’re pleased to announce that we able to offer 3 holistic classes per day Monday to Friday and 2 on a Saturday, this will be a mixture of Yoga and Pilates. Members can book one session per day only to allow space for others to enjoy the classes. We will also be keeping 3 outdoor circuits classes per day Monday to Friday and 2 on a Saturday.
14.There will be a “No Show” policy to avoid spaces in classes. Following 3 “No Shows” you will have your booking rights taken away for 7 days.
15.Please wear a face covering to the holistic classes.
16.The booking window for Gym, Swim and Classes will be 3 days from 8pm.
17.Changing Rooms (GYM) – The changing rooms will not be available for the gym so please arrive ready for your session. Please do not bring a sweat towel with you, instead use the disposable paper towel provided.
18.Changing Room (SWIM) – The changing rooms will be available to change after swim sessions only.
19.Drinking Water – There will be no drinking fountain in the gym so please bring your own water.
20.Children’s Swimming – Children may only swim on a one to one basis with an adult, both the child and adult must be members and must be booked into the “Children’s swim time” session.
21.Guests – We will not be allowing guests into the facility for the foreseeable future so members have priority access to the club.
22.Ventilation – The windows in the gym will be open at all times to enhance the airflow and ventilation.
23.The health Club will only be available for active members. Those members currently suspended may of course re-activate before the 25th July. We are not currently accepting new Members to join. New applications will join a waiting list that will be managed on a weekly basis. This is also the case for those Members who cancelled their Memberships. This allows us to say Thank You to those members who supported us through the down time and those who gave us notice of their intentions.
